General Assembly - 15 March 2023 (Liège)
We hereby warmly invite our members to our annual General Assembly which will take place in Liège.

15h00 – 17h00: Technical visit (by boat)
17h00 – 17h30: Welcome coffee
17h30 – 17h45: Welcome by Ville de Liège
17h45 – 19h00: General Assembly
19h00 – 22h00: Membership dinner

Technical visit
During a boat trip you will get an overview of current developments and next steps in the beautiful city of Liège!
The boat will depart at 15h, for those coming by train, we will be at train station Guillemins as of 14h30 (which is a few steps away from the boarding point of the boat).
- 15h00: Welcome coffee & start boat trip:
- Presentation of mobility projects in Liège - Jean-François Leblanc - Mobility Advisor, City of Liège
- Presentation of the Mobility in Liège Métropole - Olivier Heuskin - Secrétaire général adjoint du Conseil d'administration Liège Métropole Asbl
- Site visit referring to cycle & urban projects with mobility facilities
- 17h00: End of boat trip
General Assembly
This will take place at the Hôtel de Ville (Place du Marché 2).
- Welcome by Echevin Gilles Foret (Alderman in charge of Mobility a.o)
- Welcome by Mr Ben Van Roose (Chairman) & Peter Van der Perre (Director)
- Presentation of activities and accounts of fiscal year 2022, followed by discussion and approval of the accounts
- Acquitance of current Board Members and election of new Members
- Discussion and approval of the business plan 2023
- AOB
Membership dinner
The Membership dinner will take place at Brasserie C (Impasse des Ursulines 14 - at the foot of Montagne de Bueren).
Large member organisations get 2 free dinner tickets, SME's will get 1 ticket. Please note the maximum groupe size of 50 persons.
When inscribing, you can choose your preferred menu.

All locations can easily be reached by public transport. Train station Liège Sint-Lambertus is located 400m from hôtel de ville and 650m from Brasserie C. This train station is also directly connect with train station Liège Guillemins.
